The Maintained By David Network

This network is for customers of Japanese Auto Specialist, who want to buy or sell a car that has been maintained by David Genchur and his team. Japanese Auto Specialist makes no money from any network car transaction.

If the network connects a successful buyer to our seller, the seller pays a $200 marketing fee to Jacksonville marketing company Find Convert Deposit.

MBD Works for Car Sellers

Sellers reach an audience that understands the value of mechanical evaluations from David Genchur and his team. Sellers are offering these buyers one of the most transparent used car transactions in Jacksonville, in terms of mechanical reliability. We email seller's car information to roughly 3,000 JAS customer accounts. We also place the car on this website.

MBD Works for Car Buyers

The MBD Network does not guarantee a car purchased in the network will remain free from problems. The Network only guarantees to provide buyers the car's available JAS repair history and a fresh, detailed , pre-sale inspection report if requested; at no cost if the sale goes through. Buyers can choose to keep their car with it's same JAS doctor, who knows this car..

MBD Pre-Sale Inspection Report Deposit

If a buyer is serious about purchasing an MBD car but would like a pre-sale inspection from JAS, we will schedule an inspection; when deposits have been paid.

Buyer and Seller will each place an $85 inspection deposit with Find Convert Deposit. This represents about 50% of the cost of a JAS used car inspection report. This report lists any current issues found and what repairs to anticipate in the future. This deposit will be refunded based on the following scenarios:

INSPECTION SHOWS NO/ MINOR ISSUES: SALE HAPPENS

-Buyer gets deposit returned and inspection report

-Seller gets deposit returned

INSPECTION SHOWS UNDISCLOSED MAJOR ISSUE: BUYER BACKS OUT

-Seller does not get deposit returned , gets inspection report

-Buyer gets deposit returned

INSPECTION SHOWS MINOR ISSUES: BUYER BACKS OUT

-Seller gets deposit back, gets inspection report

-Buyer does not get deposit back

INSPECTION SHOWS MINOR ISSUES: SELLER BACKS OUT

-Seller does not get deposit back, gets report

-Buyer gets deposit back

Every part JAS has identified that might jeopardize this car's safety or reliability, has been addressed by the JAS pros. It comes with a current JAS inspection and report so buyer does not have to pay for one.
